I'm a person who knows intimately the pain and confusion that sometimes accompanies creative desires and dreams, projects and plans. And I understand intimately the innate desire to play for the sake of play!

Playtime with Tammy!
We'll play together in a small group (max. 6 peeps) via live 1.5 hr zoom call.
I will guide you through loosening up creative muscles with art material explorations and writing prompts and general mess making.
This time will be designed to inspire you to play, create and feel your aliveness!
Wow! Great class. I really waffled back and forth about signing up. Did I have enough time to do it? Would I have to be "good" at art to feel good about the course? Should I be doing other more "important" things instead? Would on-line classes work for me? All questions and thoughts that I wrestled with. Then, I watched Tammy's pre-course videos and decided to take the leap. I'm so glad that I did. Tammy's teaching style was a great balance of structure and flexibility. She really supports and empowers students to jump in, experiment, have fun and believe in their own creativity. Loved the module videos, zoom meetups, personal feedback, links to ted talks/videos and other resources. The experience made me think a lot about one of my favorite authors Brene Brown - "There is nothing more vulnerable than creativity....It's not about winning, it's not about losing, it's about showing up and being seen." I have just completed an Art Journaling course called “Creative Sovereignty” taught by a wonderful artist author and teacher by the name of Tammy Hudgeon- I couldn’t have enjoyed it more and feel I have benefited a great deal with my artistic endeavours by participating in it over a five week period- Tammy is filled with enthusiasm and encouragement and gifts to her students many avenues to bring out their talents with her abundance of examples ,videos and Zoom chats-this course is EXTREMELY well organized and Tammy is very approachable- I would highly recommend any and all to take this course.

This course is a journey in self exploration but even more than that. It’s like taking a dive into a deep pool of creativity and discovering that we can swim without fear of sinking. It’s a playground where we can be who we want to be and it’s always ok. It has given me a new approach to self expression and I am refreshed and renewed as a result.
